Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objections were heard. The question being: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 132(RES) am "An Act relating to loans for the purchase of individual fishery quota shares; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Taylor gave notice of reconsideration and moved and asked unanimous consent that it be taken up at this time. Senator Adams objected. The question being: "Shall the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 132(RES) am be taken up the same legislative day?"
